Design and Style

The Bramante model is a storage unit with a sculptural presence, capable of combining geometric minimalism and material intensity . Designed by Japanese architect and designer Kazuhide Takahama , this iconic piece takes its name from the famous Renaissance architect Donato Bramante, suggesting a connection between classical architecture and modern design.

The volume is essential, perfectly parallelepiped , but the distinctive character is given by the shiny and reflective finish of the surfaces, here made of painted glass , which transforms the sideboard into an almost abstract decorative element, capable of reflecting the environment and interacting with the light.

In the version shown in the photo, the smoked mirror surface creates an extremely sophisticated and almost chameleon-like effect, perfect for elegant and contemporary spaces. The linearity is accentuated by a meticulously crafted joinery, with no handles and a push-pull opening, ensuring an extremely clean look.
